vividime Technology User Service Agreement
Welcome to use vividime products!
To protect your relevant rights, the vividime Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") will explain to you how vividime will collect, use, and store your personal information and what rights you have. Please carefully read and understand this policy before using vividime products or providing personal information. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Please note that you are not required to provide the personal information we request, but in many cases, if you choose not to provide it, we will not be able to provide our services for you or respond to any issues you may encounter. If you use our services according to the prompts on the page, it means that you have read, recognized, and accepted all the terms of this policy, including any updates we may make at any time.
This agreement applies to the functions and services of vividime products themselves, and does not apply to any other third-party products or services provided by you through vividime. Before choosing to use third-party services, you should fully understand the product functions and corresponding privacy protection policies of the third-party services.
Personal information: refers to various types of information recorded electronically or in combination with other information that can identify the identity of a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person
Personal sensitive information: refers to personal information that, once leaked, illegally provided or abused, may endanger personal and property safety, and is highly likely to cause damage to personal reputation, physical and mental health, or discriminatory treatment, including ID number, personal biometric information, communication records and content, property information, travel trajectory, health physiological information, transaction information, etc.
1. What types of information do we collect
In order to provide you with services, ensure the normal operation of services, improve and optimize our services, and ensure account security, vividime will collect information that you proactively provide, authorize to provide, or generate due to the use of services in the following ways:
1.1 Account information: When you log in to vividime for the first time, you can modify your account password, phone number, email, and other personal information through the account password and personal information modification function provided by vividime. This information will be reported to the server for storage, and you will manage it yourself. vividime will not collect or process any of this information.
1.2 When you use vividime products, in order to provide you with vividime products and services, maintain the normal operation of our services, improve and optimize our service experience, and ensure the security of your account, the system will collect the following information from you:
1.2.1 Device Information: Based on the device model and permissions granted during the installation and use of vividime products, we will collect information related to the devices using vividime products, including device model, operating system, unique device identifier, device location information (such as login IP address, GPS location, and Wi Fi access point that can provide relevant information), software version number, etc.
1.2.2 Log information: When you use vividime products, the system will collect log information about your service usage, including the method, type, and status of accessing the network, network quality data, operation logs, and service log information.
1.3 When you install and use the features of vividime products, you need to enable phone storage permissions and access network connections. Refusing to provide this permission will affect your normal use of vividime products.
1.4 When you use some functions of vividime products (such as scanning to log in to the server, scanning to preview reports, etc.), you may need to enable camera permissions. Refusing to provide this information will only prevent you from using the corresponding function, but will not affect your use of other functions that do not rely on that function.
1.5 When you use the push function of vividime products, you may need to enable the push message permission. Refusing to provide this information will only prevent you from using the corresponding function, but will not affect your use of other functions that do not rely on that function.
1.6 Please understand that the functions and services we provide to you are constantly updated and developed. If a certain function or service is not included in the aforementioned description and requires the collection of your information, we will separately explain the content, scope, and purpose of information collection to you through page prompts, interactive processes, and other methods to obtain your consent.
1.7 Regardless of authorization or not, vividime Desktop can only be deployed and used separately, and are strictly prohibited from being called by other systems.
2. How do we store this information
2.1 Location of information storage
Except for third-party information, all the above information is stored on your own server. If you need to know the specific geographical location of the enterprise user server, please consult your administrator.
2.2 The duration of information storage
Generally speaking, we only retain your personal information for the necessary time to achieve our goals.
3. How do we protect this information
3.1 We will strive to provide security for users' information at the system level to prevent information loss, improper use, unauthorized access or disclosure.
3.2 We will recommend that enterprise users use various security protection measures within a reasonable level of security to ensure the security of information. For example, we will use encryption techniques (such as SSL/TLS), anonymization processing, and other means to protect your personal information.
3.3 Because vividime products are deployed within your own server and network environment, you are responsible for ensuring the security of the basic environment for vividime system deployment and operation. We will provide you with reasonable security recommendations for the basic operating environment.
4. How We Use Information
The device information and log information obtained from the authorization system during the use of vividime products are mainly used to ensure the normal operation of system functions and will not be used for any other commercial purposes.
5. Information sharing and external provision
In addition to the above description, in order to ensure the use of system functions, vividime needs to interact with the partner system and transmit necessary data to the partner system. The system itself will not automatically share or transfer your personal information to any third party.
You understand and agree that with your active authorization, vividime may share your information with partners.
6. Changes to this privacy guideline
We may revise this user agreement in due course. When policy terms change, we will inform you through the activity rules page.
